Arqueth Terms and Conditions

1. Your use of Arqueth's products, related software, services and web site ("Products") is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and the developers of Arqueth ("Developers"). This document describes the agreement.

2. Your agreement with the Developers will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document AT THE TIME OF AGREEMENT. These terms and conditions will be referred to in this document as the "Standard Terms".

2(1) The terms of your agreement with the Developers is subject to change. The total body of terms in your contract with the Developers will be referred to as the "Global Terms".

2(2) The Developers undertake to inform you of any alteration of the Global Terms by subsection 2(1).

3. Your use of the Products is dependant on agreement with the Standard Terms on Agreement. You may not use the Products if you do not accept the Standard Terms.

3(2) You indicate 'acceptance' or 'agreement' with the Standard Terms by:

        (a) Clicking to accept or agree to the Standard Terms wherever the option is made available by the Developers;
	(b) Taking an action which has been indicated by the Developers as 'affirming', 'accepting' or 'agreeing' to the Standard Terms; or
        (B) By use of the Products. In this case, you understand and agree that the Developers will read your use of the Products as an acceptance of the Standard Terms.
